The location is favourable and brilliant, 2 miles from William Smith College. The staff are attentive and efficient and deserve a 3-star rating.

The room was fantastic and had an incredibly beautiful view of the lake. All of the staff was responsive and accommodating. As for me, the location was unbeatable and incredible, short walk to the actual Castle as well as the lake. The casual restaurant for a higher end meal was the best part.

I liked my stay in Geneva and would definitely recommend it. the place was comfortable and absolutely great. the breakfast had a good choice of delicious food and drinks. Pleasant and incredibly kind staff who were always there to help.
